Description
After restoring the NetVault Database the service fails to start.
Trace shows:

Cause
"Workstation Client Scheduler" was included in NetVault Backup in previous versions, but it was discontinued. When upgrading NetVault Backup, the Workstation Client Scheduler files will remain and a Workstation Client Scheduler process will continue to be started with the NetVault Services. When a fresh installation of NetVault backup is done, it will not include the Workstation Client Scheduler files. If a NetVault database backup is then restored, the procmgr.cfg file will contain entries to start the Workstation Client Scheduler even though the files required for this service are not installed.

Resolution
The issue is resolved by performing the following steps:
1] Remove the entries below from the "procmgr.cfg" file within the .../netvault/config folder and then save the file:
[Start of Day:Workstation Client Scheduler]
Run on Server=true
Run on Client=false
Optional=false
Wait for Ready=true
Run order=8
[End of Day:Workstation Client Scheduler]
Run on Server=true
Run on Client=false
Run order=1
2] In the WebUI restart NetVault Backup in normal mode.
