Have the same version of Netvault installed on the physical nodes in the cluster. This version should be the same as the backup server or lower (not a higher version).
Download the plugin you need and copy it in the <installation path>\packages\standard directory of the backup server.
On the backup server WebUI go to Manage Clients -> Click on 'Add Virtual Client'
Put a name for the Virtual Client, Cluster IP address and select from the drop down the plugin you need for the cluster.
Select each of the physical nodes that are part of the cluster from the list at the right to the left.
Click on 'Create Virtual Client'
Now you can go to 'Create Backup job' and create a new selection set using the virtual client (yellow icon) and configure the desired plugin.
