Cause
This patch should be applied to any NetVault fully supported version to add support for the latest devices and platforms.
Specifically it has to be applied to Netvault BackUp server and also NetVault Smartclient.

Click here to install this patch:This patch should be applied to any NetVault: Backup version 10.x through 11.x to add support for the latest devices and platforms.Note: this patch should always be installed on the netvault server but if you intend to add the drive to a SmartClients it will need to be installed there as well
