Unable to set Reuse Media as "Any" (4038031)

When you try to edit a target set or create a new one (Netvault 10 or 10.0.1).

If  you set the option "Reuse media" as "Any", and save it, It will seem as if Netvault saved the change succesfully.   If you go back to edit again the set, the Reuse media option will be set again to "Never'. This happens for all sets.

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Install NVBU 10.0.1.14
2.  Start Console
3.  Go to 'Create Backup Job' and click on 'Create New' for Target Storage
4. Click on 'Media Options' that will open up a dialog
5. Select 'Any' value for 'Reuse Media' and then select any of the first 3 options in 'Target Media by' and you will notice that 'Never' option in 'Reuse' media automatically gets selected.

The issue is caused by a Web GUI Display bug, when it tries to show the target infomation.

WORKAROUND:

The comma separated values next to the "Media Options" button display the values correctly.

The backup jobs still appear to run fine. This is a WebUI display issue only.
