Renaming the proper entry in the registry will resolve the problem.
1) In the registry, locate the following key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\Replication\RemoteCores
2) Within this branch will be “Masters” and “Slaves.” Masters refer to outgoing source cores. Slaves refers to connected target Cores.
3) Select the unique ID of the Master and Slave keys and verify the HostName entry REG_SZ.
4) This needs to be modified to the new Target Core name that is to be displayed.
