When upgrading an Agent to 5.4.1.77, it asks "Do you want to upgrade AppAssure Agent from...to 5.4.1.77?". Then you click "Yes", and the installation wizard never opens.
The AppRecoveryInstallation.log file contains the following error:
Application catch an exception
Exception: System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException (0x80004005): Cannot execute a program. The command being executed was "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\csc.exe" /noconfig /fullpaths @"C:\Users\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\1\aspwxh1d.cmdline". ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The directory name is invalid
