- Protect one or more Exchange 2007, 2010, or 2013 Agents
- AppAssure 5 Agent service account must be assigned the Organizational Administrator role in Microsoft Exchange:
1. Run Exchange Management Shell as Administrator
2. At the command prompt window, type the following line and press Enter:
Add-RoleGroupMember “Organization Management” -Member <User>
where <User> is the user you wish to use to authenticate to Exchange
3. In the AppAssure Console, open the Agent's Summary page and click Actions->Exchange->Set Credentials. Enter the user name and password that you added to the "Organization Management" group in Step 2, and click OK. Click Actions->Refresh metadata
