Replication Fails with An argument was not valid in code (4035428)

Replication fails with error:
An argument was not valid in code located in or called by ‘RecoveryPointsService.WithAllRecoveryPoints’

Warning: Please make sure that no CLONED machines are present in protection – DO NOT do these steps if you have cloned machines.

On the Source Core:

1. Stop the core service How To Stop or restart the Core Service (4034348) (quest.com)
2. Open Registry Editor and go to Registry Key HKLM\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\RepositoryService
3. Find the key (or create new) REG_DWORD ClearDuplicates and set its value to 1
4. Start the core service
5. After repository check completes, force a repository check
6. When the Repository check is complete, change the key in step 3 back to its original value or delete it
7. Force replication
