You recieved a SmartDisk capacity license upgrade to increase your total capacity for SmartDisk, however now you have less capacity than before.
For example:
Original SmartDisk Capacity License = 25TB
Purchased and additional capacity upgrade license = 5TB
This should give you = 30TB capacity
Result = 5TB Capacity after license install
