SmartDisk upgrade capacity license now has less capacity -
Description
You recieved a SmartDisk capacity license upgrade to increase your total capacity for SmartDisk, however now you have less capacity than before.
For example:
Original SmartDisk Capacity License = 25TB
Purchased and additional capacity upgrade license = 5TB
This should give you = 30TB capacity
Result = 5TB Capacity after license install

Cause
This is due to the license capability on the website not being able to MERGE licenses. -
Resolution
For a capacity upgrade which will extend the total capacity for you SmartDisk instances, please create an SR with licensing or send an email to license@quest.com which will assist with the actual Merging of the licenses.
