Although AppAssure recognizes the Agent as having Exchange installed the mailbox databases’s metadata and logs are not displayed. Also you are not able to force Mountability Checks or Log Truncation.
Under the “Exchange Server Information” section you will see the following message:
“Unable to get metadata about mailbox databases from Exchange server [Agent Host Name]”
The account used to access Exchange does not have a mailbox assigned to it and is therefore unable to collect the metadata required.
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps.
