In Windows server 2008 and Server 2008 R2, the Interactive Service Detection window pop up comes up when there are Exchange mountability checks running on the core server.
The Interactive Services Detection pop up is harmless if left alone, but may be a concern with some customers.
This behavior is caused by a default Microsoft setting in the Windows server registry.
This behavior is seen only on Server 2008 and Server 2008 R2 and not with Windows Server 2012 or Server 2012 R2.
