The agent starts but no log file is created in the agents folder on the server. Reinstalling the agent does not resolve the problem.
This could be due to a problem with the shared components.
Try reinstalling the shared components.
To do this, right-click on Exchange Migration Project at the top of the left-hand pane in the console then select Install/Uninstall Agents, uninstall the shared components on the relevant source or target server then repeat the process to reinstall them.
