Performance Analysis agents on the database server and middleware machine have been installedsuccessful and running. However, the following error is received when connecting with the GUI:

The Last Error information does not necessarily relate to the last ScapiAccess error message.
The daemon is running and the port 3566 is opened and accessible.
Firewall exists between GUI and monitored host
Steps to Change Firewall Settings via Quest Web Administration:
On the databaseserver and middleware machine:
1. Open a browser and connect to Quest Web Administration by entering http://<hostname><hostname></hostname>:<QAM port> in address bar (replace with actual values)
2. Click on Quest Agent Manager Configuration at top left
3. Enter the QAM login and password
4. Click on Agent Status
5. Click on link, Click here for the Global Configuration
6. Change SERVER.ARCH parameter to CALL.TUNNEL and click Save Changes.
7. Restart Agents.
Steps to Restart Agents:
1. On the machine, navigate to:<install></install>/agents/bin
2. Issue quest_launcher_demon shutdown
3. verify processes are down
4. Issue quest_launcher_demon start
5. verify processes are up
6. Wait 3-4 minutes to sync and then try connecting with the GUI
