I entered my Authorization Key and Site Message, why is the OK button still grayed out.
User enters the Authorization Key and Site Message provided into a commercial Toad, but the OK button is still grayed out.

If you are sure that the info provided to you is correct after reading SOL19537, contact Quest Tech Support with the Authorization Key and the exact Site Message that you type in. Sometimes it might be an issue with the Site Message missing an "INC" or "CORP."
