Does Performance Analysis for SQL Server support 64-bit Windows platforms?
Resolution

64 bit, both x64 and Itanium are supported only on Performance Analysis for SQL Server (PASS) 6.0 and above. If you are running QCSS Performance Analysis 1.5 from within Quest Central, you would need to upgrade to PASS 6.x (6.5.4.8 is recommended). Please note that the PASS 6.x GUI is not part of Quest Central, it is a standalone product.

Also, the PASS GUI only runs on 32-bit, not 64-bit.
