Toad for Oracle not release memory when closing windows within Toad. -
Description
User launches Toad and opens a few windows. The use in RAM can be seen going up in the Task Manager Processes tab. Closing the windows inside Toad releases some of the memory, but not all. Doing this for a while can have Toad maintaining gigabytes of memory.
