User runs the profile creation wizard. The user attempts to create a new Oracle profile, but clicking on the new icon they get an error message: "oci.dll could not be found. Install required software."
Benchmark is not able to find the Oracle Client.
Make sure you have an Oracle client installed and it is working. It should be able to connect to an Oracle database. Be sure there is a PATH to the home \bin in the Environmental Paths. Restart Benchmark Factory if any changes made.
