SQL Error when trying to upgrade to 10.2.2.36571 -
Description
If you attempt to upgrade to 10.2.2.36571 you may see an error similar to the following after the "Specify SQL Server" page of the upgrade Wizard:
"Access to the remote SQL server instance denied. Specify a locally installed SQL Server instance or use SQL Server Authentication"

Resolution
Create a new SQL account (not a domain account) with dbowner, dbcreator and security admin rights on the RMAD database. Use this SQL account for the credentials on the "Specify SQL Server" page.
