What is considered a minimal workload on the home page of Performance Analysis?
A minimal workload is defined as a situation where none of these thresholds are passed:
1 - At least 20% of the active time in the time range is above 0.5
2 - There is at least on point within the chart that is above 5
If neither thresholds are passed, i.e. there are no more than 20% of the chart that are above 0.5, and no "spike" higher than 5, then the database' state is declared as "Minimal Load".
This situation means that the database is doing almost nothing, so the resource breakdown doesn't really mean anything. A CPU Wait of 98%, could mean that there was one session in the last hour that waited for 2 seconds, and that was all the activity in the database.
When a database is at minimal workload, there won't be any alarm raised regardless of the threshold setting.
