When viewing the directory export screen, the display shows a user entry twice as a duplicate.
The following process causes this issue: - Run directory export - Open the user in Domino and make an amendment (For example, modify the smtp address) - Run directory export again The user should appear twice within the directory export screen. One of them will be invalid with the only difference being, as in the above example, the smtp address.
You cannot remove the duplicate invalid user entry from the directory export screen.
A workaround is when running user migrations, you should exclude the invalid user object shown in the directory export screen from a created user collection. So by not added the entry to the user collections, the duplicate can be excluded.
