Description
Unable or cannot export over 65K rows in Excel file. Exporting returned data grid results to an Excel spreadsheet truncates at 65,536 records.

Resolution
This is a limitation of Excel (prior to Excel 2007).
You can use Excel 2007 or higher version, which has a higher row count limit (1 million rows). Save your output Excel file as .XLSX extension, instead on .XLS.
Please try the following:
1) Ensure you have a newer version of Excel i.e. Excel 2007, 2010, 2013.
2) When you save the Excel file, ensure you change the file extension to .XLSX by adding the “x” in the end of the file type extension or choose .XLSX from the 'Save as Type' drop-down box.
3) If you do not have newer version of Excel, try to limit your results to less than 65K rows or save the results in multiple tabs or sheets in Excel.
