When running a File Scan and Migrate on a server, your job exits before completing and the following error is returned at the bottom of your File Scan log file:
"Start loading target folder audit trail Migration task exception at $005F853F: Caught an exception in PR_UpdateFolderAudit
for <\\UNC_PATH> Error was Subquery returned more than 1 value." (this error is split in two lines in the log file).
This occurs if you are running two copies of the same NDS Migrator project at the same time, against the same database. This is never recommended as you will cause duplication in the database tables.
To resolve this issue, please ensure all jobs that are connecting to the same database are stopped, and the NDS Migrator application is closed.
please download the attached sql script and run it from a command line, on the SQL Server that houses the NDS Migrator database, as follows:
osql -E -S <SQLServerName> -i UpdateFolderAudit.sql > output.txt
..where <SQLServerName> is the SQL Server Name or the SQL ServerName with the SQL Server Instance.
This will remove all data from the T_FileSystemObjects and T_Folders tables. The impact of this is any data that has been migrated previously, will not synchronize correctly (particularly any data that has been deleted on the source server, will not be deleted on the target during a synchronization. File synchronization will work as "normal" on subsequent run.
If you would prefer to retain the data contained in these tables, due to previous synchronization, please contact support for additional assistance.
Once this completes, you will be able to re-launch the application and continue your migrations.
