Description
"Catalyst Available Database Connections Check" alarms are triggered every 20 minutes after upgrading to the Foglight 5.9.1.There are not any "No ManagedConnections available" messages reported in the ManagementServer logs.The maximum number of database connections is not reached in the "JDBC Connection Pool" graph in the Management Server Performance Report. -
Cause
Defect FGL-19662 is the cause:FGL-19662: AvailableConnectionCount should not use number of idle connections -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:The "Catalyst Available Database Connections Check" rule can be disabled.STATUS:FGL-19662 planned for 5.9.3 FMS release. -
