Previously working mailbox syncs to O365 are failing. No changes have been made to project servers and no proxy is part of the deployment. The mage.log may contain an entry similar to the below:
2017-12-05 11:25:08.6917 PxA5C Tx15 A175 C1295 M2751 Warning Your connection has been redirected to the following URI: "https://ps.outlook.com/PowerShell-LiveID?PSVersion=2.0 "
Customers experiencing the symptoms and matching log entries as described as in the problem description can clear the connection cookies to correct the connection issues.
1) Open an administrative CMD prompt
2) Run the command:
REG DELETE "KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WSMAN\Client\ConnectionCookies"
