WORKAROUND:
To be able to see the secondary display, the mirror driver must be disabled, to do this:
In the Desktop Authority Manager Console:
In the ExpertAssist remote session:
Notice: Disabling the mirror display driver will highly impact the communication performance, use this workaround only when it is absolutely necessary to see the secondary display.
STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 10.1.0.1016. The latest version of Desktop Authority can be downloaded from our support portal download page.
