Upon start or launch of TDP, one Citrix user gets the error: "Root element is missing". Other Citrix users do not have problem. -
Description
One Citrix user gets "Root element is missing" error when launching or starting TDP. Other Citrix users do not have problem. Recreating the Citrix user and resetting that user’s AppData folders have already been tried.
Also, behind the abovementioned error, there is another error on the 'Launch Window' that partially showed the error: "Access Denied". The 'Launch Window' accesses the internet.
