Post fails with ORA-90002 after SharePlex upgrade from 8.0 to 8.6 on Windows environment.
Post failure with ORA-90002 can be caused with many reasons and not limited to the list below.
1. Changed SharePlex DB login information out of SharePlex.
2. Missing environment information in Windows and SharePlex failing to recognize the right Oracle environment.
3. Referring to wrong environment when there are multiple Target DBs.
If the SharePlex Database user name / password was changed out of SharePlex, like with sqlplus and SharePlex internal files(connections.yaml / paramdb) are not updated, Shutdown SharePlex and run ora_setup with the new login information. If this happens on Targets with Linux / Unix OS, run ora_chpwd utility from <proddir>/bin.
Check if the environment variables are set to the right Oracle and SharePlex environments. If not, correct them, pointing to the correct environment. Add the missing Oracle_home, Oracle_sid(if missing).
