Several elements can be bulk modified if same setting are to be used for all selected elements, if several printers must be disabled, for instance, then they are listed in Desktop Authority like this:
In order to select all printers, check the box in the top left of the list. This will select all elements.
If continuous elements must be selected, then clicking on first element and then using combination (Shift + click) on last desired element will select those elements,
Same way, if several non-continuous elements must be selected, clicking on first desired element and using combination (Control + click) on every desired element will select needed elements,
When the elements are selected, clicking edit will show the element's properties, be aware that only common properties can be changed, different properties or features (only check boxes will be enabled and all elements will take the selected value), will be disabledwhen bulk editing, like element's name or used Universal Name Convention. In this example, clicking "Edit" link will show the elements properties, then selecting "Validation Logic" will show the common properties that can be changed for these elements.
Checking the box for "Disable this element regardless of validation" (as used as example in this article) will disable all printers selected in previous steps.
Click "Save" and then Replicate Changed Files.
