Error "4200 '{1257} File not found' from HUB. Table 'mappingtable' already exist" when using Cross Connection Query (4321177)

When using different Excel connections in a single Cross Connection Query Builder, the following errors are received:

MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException: Got error 4200 '{1257} File not found' from HUB.
MySqlData.MySqlClient.MySqlException: Table 'mappingtable' already exists.
