alarm says: "Page is not available. Can access the URL http://x.x.x.x:port/app HTTP Status is 200 - OK, but unexpected error occurs."
Description

We are receiving a large amount alarms that say:

"Page is not available. Can access the URL http://x.x.x.x:port/app HTTP Status is 200 - OK, but unexpected error occurs."
We believe many of these are false positives.
The rule that is generating these alarms is 'WebMonitor Transaction Availability Check'
Cause

Aggregate Transaction Metrics rule not enabled
Resolution

enable the Aggregate Transaction Metrics rule
