Run a "Repair" on the MAGE agents to ensure they have the latest license to work with.
1. Open the "Migration Manager for Exchange" Console.
2. Highlight "Agent Management" from the left tree.
3. Highlight the agent host server with the MAGE agent, center pane.
4. Select "Repair Agents | Mailbox Synchronization," right pane.
5. Follow the wizard to completion.
6. Restart MAGE agents in question.
The issue should now be resolved.
