When opening a saved query file from v3.1 in Windows Explorer, it opens in an older version of Toad with an error -
Description
After creating a query with version 3.1 and saving it, if you open the query directly from Windows Explorer, it opens in error in an earlier version of Toad (e.g. version 2.1) if still installed.
