How do you merge different license/authorization keys, that have different options? (22676)

There are multiple authorization keys for different Toad options (DBA, Debugger, Admin KB, PL/SQL kb, SQL Tuning etc..) . How can I merge some of these keys into one, to avoid inputting a different key every time I want to use a different option?
