Manual database creation in Migrator for Notes to Exchange [MfNE] -
Description
Some customers may want to pre-create the MfNE SQL database manually, or delegate this task to a dedicated SQL team prior to actually installing the product. The migration team may not have full rights to the SQL servers.

Resolution
The Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MfNE) database can be created manually by using the "create_tables.bat" file.
CREATE_DB HOSTNAME USER PASSWORD ** uses SQL Server authentication **
CREATE_DB HOSTNAME ** uses Windows Authentication **The database is called NME40DB
Once the database has been created, a user with read, write, update, and bulk insert permissions must also be created and provisioned.
Note: File "create_tables.bat" is hidden, so make sure to show hidden files.
