Description
"Invalid authorize key" error message displayed when entering a commercial key at the product authorization prompt. The key worked in a previous install of SQL Navigator. -

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1:
Verify the license key entered is correct. Check for typos and extra spaces. Keep in mind the site message is case and space sensitive.
WORKAROUND 2:
A commercial key will only work in a commercial install of SQL Navigator. If a trial version is installed, the commercial key will not be accepted. Download and install the latest commercial version of SQL Navigator from https://support.quest.com/Search/SearchDownloads.aspx?ActiveTab=1
WORKAROUND 3:
Verify the license key with sales rep or licensing, license@quest.com.
