Users receive the error below when attempting to debug procedures / packages on an Oracle 10g RAC database:
"Cannot connect debug session. In order to debug when connected to a RAC instance you must have SELECT privilege for GV$INSTANCE."
Tried to grant select privilege on GV$ but Oracle rejected. That view is not grantable.
