When you browse or search an Exchange Server database containing messages, no messages are displayed or the returned search results are incorrect. This problem shows up when you have a fully functional non-trial license installed.
NOTE To make sure that you are affected by the issue described in this article, check the version of the Mapi32.dll file located in the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder. If the file version is higher than 1.0.x, then the below workaround is applicable to your case.
The MAPI subsystem is configured improperly.
WORKAROUND:
Run the Fixmapi.exe utility located in %SystemRoot%\System32.
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Recovery Manager for Exchange.
