In the create job window there is a button called Schedule. What does this button do?
Resolution

The Schedule button in the create job window opens up the Task Scheduler. With Toad, a job can be scheduled in the database to run or it can be scheduled as a task for Windows to run. To schedule the job for the database to run then do not click on the Schedule button. To schedule the job as a task in the Windows Scheduler, click the Schedule button and fill out the windows.
