Error "ORA-06598: insufficient INHERIT PRIVILEGES privilege" when clicking on certain objects in Schema Browser
Description

In a 12c database, when selecting an object from Schema Browser (tables or procedures selection gets same error), the following error occurs:
"ORA-06598: insufficient INHERIT PRIVILEGES privilege"
which requires the 'OK' be pressed to continue.
On reviewing the output from SQL Tracker, the error is occurring when the following is run (it is executed multiple times in the tracker):
