Will the FR Agent be installed on a DC even if the backup is run using an account that does not have Administrator rights on the DC?

A new DC is added to a collection. The Backup Agent is pushed to the DC using the Backup Agent Management node in the RMAD console and using a privileged account. The collection is configured to use an Agent account that is only a member of the Backup Operators group and the option to ensure the FR Agent is installed is checked. Will the FR agent get installed to the DC even though the backup is running as a user that does not have Administrator rights? If so, how?

When the RMAD console connects to the target DC it gets a RPC context which is a security session. It is under this RPC security context that the FR agent is pushed to the DC and installed, not the account listed in the Agent Settings.
