"Access is denied" when launching the Reporting Console (4225486)

Check if the account or group the user account is a member in Desktop Authority's Console under Console Access Settings | Super User Management.

Either add the user account as a Super User or give more granular access using System Roles.

Using the System Roles tab:

• Click the "Add Role" button
• Give it a Role Name.
• On the right under "System permissions" check and uncheck boxes as needed. 
  (For reporting console access select "Reporting Tool")
• Next click the "Add User" button at the bottom of the screen. 
• Add the user or group to be assigned to the role. 
• Finally click "Save"

The added user/group should now have access to the reporting console.
