RESOLUTION 1:
1. Go to Toad menu | Help | Product Improvement Program
2. Choose the second option "No I would not like to participate at this time..." and click on "Ok". See image below:
RESOLUTION 2:
This behavior could be related to the Oracle Client too, please proceed to upgrade it to 64 bit version. Besides it is recommended that your client version be of the same release (or later) as your database server. This is an Oracle recommendation to prevent performance issues. This query can help to find the Oracle database server version: SELECT * FROM V$VERSION; After that, if the Oracle Database server is 12c 64bit version, the Oracle client should be 12.1 64 bit version as well.
