In an open target replication, post process fails on target with missing column for the replicating table.
Target table column does not exist on the Target Database
1. Check the target table column based on the error in the event_log or *xpst* log. If it doesn't exist, create it manually and restart post.
2. Check to see if the column_name is lower case on target database as source oracle table column name are usually upper case.
Recreate the target column name with upper case then restart post
3. If you can not make adjustment on target table, then disable posting to this table on target
sp_ctrl> set param SP_OPX_DISABLE_OBJECT_NUM <source object id for the table>
