Top Exchange ActiveSync Users, next ActiveSync data collection date is not updated
The date under the "Top Exchange ActiveSync Users, next ActiveSync data collection" table is not updated. It is behind a few days even if the collection is set at a specific time daily.
Collection schedule was set to a time when the server is probably busy.
1. Go to Exchange Environment 2. Administration tab 3. Click Edit on the Private Properties of the Exchange agent 4. Set the "ActiveSync Collection Time" to a less busy time preferably outside of business hours. 5. Complete the wizard
