Resolution
While Change Auditor 6.6 is not officially supported with MS SQL Server 2012 SP2, there are no known issues or conflicts with Change Auditor 6.6 and MS SQL Server 2012 SP2.
Change Auditor 6.7 has been tested and does officially support MS SQL Server 2012 SP2.
