AppAssure agent service will not start. When attempting to start the agent the following error is displayed:
"Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
When attempting to start the agent in debug mode, the following error is displayed:
To resolve this issue, please repair or reinstall .NET framework on the machine. The .NET repair tool can be downloaded here.
Once the .NET framework has been repaired or reinstalled, reboot the agent machine and then restart the agent service.
