Releases do not show up in all environments in release recovery window. -
Description
Releases do not show up in all environments in release recovery window. For example, I have an archive set that was taken in peopletools 8.53 and trying to migrate to a target environment that is on 8.53. Ideally the Release Recovery should list the csr/archive set, but nothing get display in the window.
