When restoring lost/test SharePoint data, Doc Retriever is not able to open the Config database when the log and database are in different directories when snapped from the production SQL server.
Doc Retriever will display the following error:
General error. See the log for details.
If you are experiencing this product defect, please upgrade your AppAssure Core and Doc Retriever deployment to build 220.127.116.11 to resolve the issue. It is strongly recommended to download and install the latest Update Patch as well.
