ERROR: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {35FC2358-811A-11D0-8A96-00805FC16077} -
Description
When running the Coexistence Manager for GroupWise (CMG) Directory Connector, the following error may be seen in the log file:
Send exception Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {35FC2358-811A-11D0-8A96-00805FC16077} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).

Cause
The GroupWise client is not installed or did not register itself properly during installation. -
Resolution
The following steps should resolve this issue:
1.) Install the GroupWise client on the CMG Directory Connector server.
2.) If the GroupWise client was already installed, then it may need to be uninstalled/reinstalled.
3.) The CMG Directory Connector will then need to be restarted.
4.) Try running the CMG Directory Connector again.
