Unable to remove magazine from library
With no backup or restore jobs running when you try to release a magazine from the library you may receive an error message or nothing happens.
WORKAROUND:
1) From the WebUI go to Manage Devices. Click on the Gear symbol for the library. In the window that opens click on Open Door. Once you are done removing/adding media to the library select Close Door.
2) In the NetVault Configurator on the Service tab select the Stop button. Once you are done removing/adding media to the library Start service.
In both cases NetVault will need to reinventory the library. This may take some time depending on the library.
